Terms and Conditions
LEVEL CHANGES:
The school reserves the right to change a student’s level when pedagogical reasons recommend such a change.
ATTENDANCE AND PUNCTUALITY:
Regular attendance and punctuality are essential.
GROUPS:
Groups require a minimum of 4 people. If during the academic year the number of students falls to 2, the number of hours per class per week will be reduced from 4h to 3h and from 3h to 2h. There will, however, be no change in price.
DISCOUNTS:
If a student is eligible for a discount, it must be claimed at the moment of enrolment. It is not possible to apply a discount after enrolment is completed. Only ONE discount can be applied per student. The school will, however, always apply the highest discount.
PAYMENT:
Payments must be made when they are due. If not, the student will automatically be de-registered. Non-attendance by students is no excuse for non-payment of fees if the absence is long-term and Reception has not been informed of the intention to stop coming to class.
STOPPING CLASSES:
Any student who wishes to stop coming to class for whatever reason must inform Reception with 15 days notice, and not only the teacher.
REFUNDS:
100% of the registration fee and 100% of the course fee will be returned if the course is cancelled by the school before the start date. 50% of the registration fee and 100% of the course fee will be returned if the student decides not to start the course before the start date. The registration fee will not be returned once the course has started.
PERSONAL BELONGINGS
The school accepts no responsibility for students’ personal belongings left at the school. Lost property will usually be handed in to Reception.
LOCKDOWN AND EXTERNAL EMERGENCIES:
If external circumstances prevent us from teaching face-to-face (LIVE), those students will change to studying remotely via ZOOM (LIVE ONLINE).
TEXT BOOKS:
The price of text books is not included in the price of the course, but returning students who buy the books in the school will be given a discount on the price .
